Concussion Test: If you have not completed the concussion test, please use the link below to complete the concussion test.  This should have been done some time between June 1st and September 1st.

In addition to completing the physical and online paperwork, students also need to complete IMPACT testing (concussion baseline). To complete the test, students use this link

Please use code 76CJV2ZSTC to access our test. The code needs to be typed in directly (copy and paste will not work). Students do not need to have their results emailed to us when they finish the assessment.
